TERM AND CONDITION OF THE ENTREPRENEUR FEMALE ACADEMY 

 

This contract is between Sara Fiordi Coaching (the "Business") and (the "Client") .

 

Terms

CONFIDENTIALITY

I recognise that anything the client shares with me is regarded as confidential, whether it is business or personal information. I undertake not to, at any time, either directly or indirectly use or disclose any information the client shares with me in a session.

 

The Confidentiality of our members of The Entrepreneur Female Academy is also required, the client undertakes to not share any personal or business information outside of our community to anyone or under any circumstance.

COACHING

The client is aware that coaching is in no way to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of therapy. Coaching results are not guaranteed. The client enters into the coaching with the full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.

TERM AND CONDITION

Signing this contract the client agrees to work with Sara Fiordi ( Coach) for the amount of time based on the type of package the client chooses, once you sign this contract is legally blind, you must honor the payment plan.

All the materials, like pdf and workbook are available to the client, you can download them, print out and use it for your own and personal use, you cannot share it or copy it without my permission.

FEE

The Client must pay the entrepreneur female academy each fee by due date, if the client doesn't pay or is late on payment Sara Fiordi she is entitled to raise a late fee.

All the installments must be paid on time, if your payment is failed you will be charged with a late fee, if you failed twice you will be removed from the group but you will still need to pay the outstanding fee.

Except as required by law Sara will not refund any installment paid by the client under any circumstances, including the termination of this agreement.

ACKNOWLEDGE, WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

The client acknowledges and agrees that Sara makes no guarantee or assurance as to the likely outcomes or results of the client participation in this 6 months coaching.

 

The client will remain responsible for their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, finances, investments, earnings, personal and business decisions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You cannot copy, share or use my intellectual property for any reason directly or indirectly unless you have my written permission or unless I give you my permission during our calls.

TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

The contract can't be changed, or break it for any reason unless you go against our police and I need to remove you from the group because you have violated our rules like:

not respecting the community

not respecting the privacy of our community

violate my intellectual property

failed payments over 2 times

Even if you violate one of the above rules and you will be removed from the group you will still need to pay the outstanding fee.

1:1 COACHING

Clarification, I am not offering any calls except the one in the group that is part of your package. If you want to do a private consultation with me you need to book that in advance and pay a separate fee from the one that you currently pay. This is a group container not a private coaching.

WORKING HOURS AND HOW TO CONTACT ME

Working hours of The Entrepreneur Female Academy are from Monday to Friday during the day. You can contact me on Slack, the private portal that we use for communication.

YOUR PRIVACY

Your privacy is always respected. I will share testimonials and feedback from slack, private messages with your results and feedback on my social media but I will always ask your permission before sharing. You will have your details stored in my drive during the time you have a contract with me once your contract is expired i will delete all your details. Your privacy and data are safe.

Signatures

This contract may be signed electronically or in hard copy. If signed in hard copy, it must be returned to the Business for a valid record. Electronic signatures count as original for all purposes.

By typing their names as signatures below, both parties agree to the terms and provisions of this agreement.
